Abstracts
Until 31st October 2021, the attached abstract may be sent by e-mail to [email protected] according to this template (in doc, docx, txt or odt format). It must be written in any of the official languages of the Spanish territory, French or Portuguese, as well as in English in any case. The subject of the email must indicate whether it is an oral presentation or a poster. Subsequently, the acceptance/non-acceptance will be communicated by the scientific committee. In case of discrepancy between the editor and the reviewer, a second opinion will be requested from another member of the scientific committee.
Oral presentations
Presentations may be conducted in any of the official languages of the Spanish territory, French, Portuguese or English. They will last 12 minutes plus 3 minutes to answer questions or debate. Time will be strictly monitored by the moderator. It is recommended not to use more than 10 slides. As the programme develops, additional information will be sent to the presenters regarding schedules and other formal and technical details. Presentations must be in PPT or PPTX format (Power Point, Windows versions) and it is highly recommended to have another copy in PDF format.
Poster presentations
The allowed languages will be any of the official languages in the Spanish territory, French, Portuguese or English. The maximum size will be 120 cm high by 70 cm wide (vertically). The structure and design of the content may be freely chosen, although it is recommended that they include the usual sections for this type of scientific presentations.
Publication of the presentations
After the conference and prior review by an editorial committee: the organisation will decide whether to prepare a digital publication in which these presentations will take part as chapters.
